A business tool, not a job or income promise
These products help you build and run your own service. They do not provide a job, salary, clients, or guaranteed income. You are responsible for your market, pricing, sales, client commitments, and delivery.
The free plugin
The Agency Starter Plugin for Claude Code is free. It supports unlimited local audits, complete Markdown reports, and agency-starter.audit/v1 JSON exports without an Agency Starter subscription. Future free plugin updates remain free. Claude Code is a separate Anthropic product and may have its own charges and terms. Installed plugin files are readable on the user's device. Required licence and attribution notices remain with the plugin.
Agency Starter subscription
Agency Starter costs $39 per month and renews monthly until canceled. There is no timed trial or annual plan at launch. It includes the seven Agency Starter modules, all 50 outreach scripts, reporting software, prospect workflow, and client delivery tools. Cancel through the Stripe billing portal at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and never disables the free plugin or its updates.
Capacity and access
One plan has one agency brand, five active client spaces, and 100 active prospects. You can publish 20 new reports in each billing month. There is no limit on previews, edits, PDF files, or archived records. Archived clients do not count as active. The first release has no team seats, e-signatures, invoices, custom domains, broad CRM tools, auto outreach, or paid AI APIs.
Renewals, grace, and cancellation
A failed renewal starts a seven-day grace period. Agency Starter access and hosted reports stay active through the paid period or valid grace period. When access ends, hosted report links are disabled. Private Agency Starter data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted. Reactivating before deletion restores access to retained data.
30-day guarantee
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to the first Agency Starter subscription payment. Email hello@agencystarter.ai from the checkout address within 30 calendar days. A completed refund cancels the subscription, disables premium access and hosted reports, and returns the eligible payment to the original payment method. Read the full guarantee.
Check work before delivery
AI output and third-party information can be incomplete or wrong. Check dates, sources, facts, findings, and client claims before sharing a report or selling work. Do not upload secrets, prompts, private local paths, scripts, or content you have no right to use. You remain responsible for the work delivered to clients.
Email and support
Claiming the free plugin includes the email relationship described in the privacy notice. Unsubscribing from marketing does not remove product access. Email support is included. The offer does not include calls, coaching, a community, or custom onboarding.
