Account and website data

We collect your email address, email verification status, account details, legal consent records, approved campaign tags, and access records. We record first-party website and funnel events so we can understand installation, practice-audit, subscription, report, renewal, cancellation, and affiliate conversion activity. We do not sell personal data.

Google sign-in

You can use Google instead of an email link. Google sends us your verified email, your basic profile name, a stable account ID, and a signed ID token. We keep the account ID only as a one-way hash. We never receive your Google password. We do not ask for Gmail or Drive access. We do not keep Google access tokens or refresh tokens. Google handles the sign-in under its own privacy policy.

Google Analytics and cookie controls

Google Analytics is active across Agency Starter unless you opt out. The first-time cookie notice lets you reject analytics, accept the current configuration, or open the complete Cookie settings page. Your choice does not affect the free plugin, email relationship, dashboard, or paid access. You can use Cookie settings at any time to turn analytics off or back on. When analytics is active, we send a filtered page location, permitted campaign tags, a filtered referrer, page views, and a completed plugin-claim event. We do not send your email, form contents, account ID, access token, magic-link token, audit content, or unapproved URL parameters.

Google may set first-party identifiers such as _ga and process browser, device, language, and approximate-location information. Google Analytics is configured without Google Signals, advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalization, or cross-site behavioural advertising. User-level and event-level data is retained for 14 months unless deleted sooner. See how Google processes data from sites that use its services in the Google partner-sites notice.

Necessary cookies stay on. We use them for account access, sessions, checkout, security, fraud checks, and your saved choice.

When you reject analytics, we save the choice and remove Agency Starter _ga cookies. If Google Analytics has loaded, we reload the page. We then block events until you turn analytics on again.

The free plugin and email

You must give us your email to get the private plugin setup steps. This also joins the AI Search Agency Starter email list. We may send access help, training, product news, and offers. You can stop marketing emails at any time. You will keep the plugin, your dashboard, and all future free updates. We may still send vital account, safety, billing, refund, and support emails.

Plugin privacy

The free plugin does not send runtime telemetry, prompts, audited websites, report content, code, or local file paths to us. Its practice-audit milestone and SessionEnd reminder use a small local marker and make no network request. Audit data leaves the device only when you explicitly upload a valid agency-starter.audit/v1 file to Agency Starter. Delivery access records help us protect the private plugin repository. Delivery and connection tokens are stored as hashes and can be revoked.

Agency Starter data

Agency Starter stores the agency profile, prospects, clients, audit imports, report versions, hosted links, action plans, usage records, and billing state needed to provide the service. Hosted report view records contain a view count and last-viewed time. We do not fingerprint report recipients. Private customer data is retained for 90 days after paid access and any payment grace period end, then permanently deleted. Records required for tax, fraud, disputes, or legal compliance may be kept for the required period.

Services that help us deliver the products

Supabase stores account data and private files. Google can verify your identity when you choose Google sign-in. Resend sends access, guide, and marketing emails. Stripe handles your plan and bills. GitHub hosts the private plugin files behind our access link. PayPal is only for approved affiliate payments. Each service gets only the data it needs. Stripe does not give us your full card number.

Affiliate data

Affiliate applications store the legal name, optional business name, PayPal email, postal address, country, tax-residence country, promotion answers, and affiliate-terms acceptance needed to review the application and administer payouts. We also store referral visits, attributed customers, commissions, fraud reviews, payout batches, and PayPal transaction references. PayPal receives the payout email, amount, currency, recipient note, and customer reference contained in the payout file.

Your choices

Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email if you want to leave the list. You can also email hello@agencystarter.ai from your account address. Ask us to show, correct, or delete your personal data. You can turn off public report links and change connection tokens. You can cancel Agency Starter in the Stripe billing portal. You can also export report PDFs while you have access.
