How to claim
Email hello@agencystarter.ai within 30 calendar days of your first Agency Starter payment. Write from the address used at checkout. You do not need to give a reason.
What happens after a refund
We return the eligible first payment to the original payment method and cancel the Agency OS subscription. Premium access and hosted report links are disabled. The time needed for funds to appear depends on the bank and card network. The free plugin and its free updates remain available.
Limits
The guarantee does not cover later renewals, repeated purchase-and-refund abuse, clients, sales, income, or other business results. Duplicate charges and billing errors remain eligible for correction or refund. This policy does not remove any consumer right that applies by law.
